B: l/f cottage cheese and lite peaches
S: finshed the cottage cheese and peaches
L: 1/2 ceasar chicken wrap minus some of the tortilla and a necterine
S: other 1/2 of wrap no dressing on either piece
D: steak and sweet potato fries
S: ??? just finished dinner and stuffed.

Hi all,
I am 7 wks out today.  I am wondering about the amt that I am eating.  Let me know if this is too much, doesn't seem like it to me on most days, but somedays it is.  Today, I had:
B- 1/2 c.  of Weight Control Oatmeal
S-1/2 ww. bagel w/1tbsp p-nut butter
L-4oz lf cottage cheese & diced peaches (lite)
S-protein drink w/8oz milk
D- 2oz Taco Bells Pintos n Cheese
S-sf popcicle
