Boy it was so HARD dragging myself out the bed this morning.  Guess the bear in me wants to hybernate in the California cold weather.  But alas I MUST work for a living.  That so blows.  I am looking forward to another one of MY 3 day weekends.  I need to plan something OTHER then my drive down to SD.  We'll see what I come up with =)

B:  2 eggs; 1oz cheese; 1/2 english muffin
S:  1 york peppermint pattie; 1/2 grapefruit
L:  Asian Meatballs w/peanut sauce; small salad
S:  apple
D:  4oz pork chop; cole slaw

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate; 1000mcg B-12

Well gollyyyyyyy miss mollyyyyyyyy i found you again on the cali board : )) Maybe i will hang out here a bit and see what the haps are !! I am back on track with my food as of today and we will see what the next week will bring!!

1 egg 1/3 sirloin beef patty bite of wheat toast and two bites of cottage cheese and one slice of tomato

rest of the patty lettuce tomato cheese and onion

Not sure what else yet perhaps some veggie soup with cheese yummmmmmm

and maybe a fudgesickle sf of course for dessert!!

Sorry I haven't played in awhile. I have been kinda hiding out, but its time to start being accountable again..lol

B: 1/2 banana & protein bar
S: yogurt
L: turkey, cheese & 1/2 yogurt
S: string cheese
D: maybe some chicken...

Vitamins: done
Water 32 ozs so far
exercise: ????..not sure

Okay its my birthday and i'm eating what i wanna. 

B: sausage mc muffin no egg only 1/2 muffin
S: nada
L: turkey sand with lots of veggies on whole wheat sour dough
S: cookie
D: almost 1/2 of a stacked deli sand and cole slaw
S: few bites of birthday slice of cake and a spoon of ice cream.
