WDYET?? It's Thursday!!!!
Well boys and girls for the last few MONTHS Thursdays were deemed "donut thursdays" cause a co-worker brought them in and FORCED them down my throat. In that same vein a couple weeks ago I vented that I was feeling OUT of control when it came to Thursday. I would like to report that this is the 2nd Thursday in a row that I haven't given into the temptation. While I still walk by and dream of their deliciousness I have managed to "just say no."
I see me reaching (along with Beth) my 199 goal and well the donuts WILL be there when I get there or not...they just are not holding the same power over me that they were =)
B: Peach; Boiled egg w/1tbsp light mayo
S: Coffee
L: 3oz tuna pouch w/1tbsp light mayo & 1tbsp relish; small salad; 5 saltines
S: 1/2 lindora protein bar; coffee
S: 1/2 grape protein bullet w/sf hawaiian punch
D: 4oz talipia; cole slaw
Water: 12 cups
Vitamins: Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise: Yall can do it...I'm taking a break

S: 4 cheetos (bad bad bad MoMo)
