Today was a good day up until 10 minutes ago!
Breakfast: Protein shake - EAC Vanilla mixed with strawberry crystal lite
Snack - cheese stick
Lunch: cottage cheese, peach yogurt and kashi go lean for crunchies
Snack: nuthin - forgot it
Dinner: Egg salad and 4 pieces of salami. Here's where everything went bad. Oscar the Grouchy Pouchy decided that the once acceptable salami was no longer acceptable and evicted it from his pouchy. Kept the egg salad but evicted the salami. Go figure. Damn Oscar.
Vitamins: All In
Water: All in and then some! About 85 ounces so far!
Exercise: Headed to the gym. Yesterday was 13 miles on the exercise bike (damn, I have a GOOD book on the IPOD I'm listening too!) and 25 minutes of upper body weights. Plan to do the same today without the mega rain shower that greeted me yesterday and soaked me to the bone after exercising!
Outta here!

Breakfast: Latte (My home-made one of FF milk, instant coffee, and Splenda. It's good, really!), 1/2 cup Fiber one.
Snack: FF cheese and a clementine.
Lunch: Taco soup (yummy, and lots of protein!), corn tortilla.
Don't know what I'll have for dinner. Probably more taco soup, I'm a creature of habit!

Hi Barb! This taco soup recipe is I think my favorite thing that I've ever gleaned from Weigh****chers! And for 3 points a cup, it's a point bargain! LOL!
1 lb lean ground beef (after I fry it I not only drain it, but actually rinse it with ho****er to get all of the fat off of it! LOL!)
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can yellow corn
1 can hominy (Sometimes I just do the corn OR hominy, for more protein and less carbs)
4 cans of Rotel tomatoes
1 small can of sliced olives
1 packet of taco seasoning
After you fry and drain the meat, just add everything else, including the liquid from all the cans. Usually, that's the only liquid I add, and it's kind of the consistency of chili. Or you could add some water, tomato sauce, or chicken stock to thin it out a bit more.
Happy cooking!
