This is IT...my birthday MONTH is coming to an end

there we go. Yes I KNOW it's sad to see Shelluary come to an end, but rest assured it'll be back this time NEXT year. I'm merely posting this thread, because of my obligations to you all and the fact that you'll miss me terribly over my 4 count them 1 2 3 4 day weekend. Cause today we had a "Yes We Can" potluck and "Yes I Could and Did" eat every other carb except bread well I did have cornbread. Alas It's MY birthday month and in total I lost 2lbs!! And I don't plan on getting on the scale again until next Friday cause I have a feeling I am going to FIND those 2lbs because today's lunch and the weekend drinking!!
Once March 2nd gets here I will be ushering in the beginning of the END of my journey and I will battle these last 20lbs like David vs Golith...he's going down!! Enjoy the rest of your days and nights and I hope you enjoyed Shelluary...To Be Continued

Dang that was a good lunch. As far as me today, I haven't had any solid food except for a banana, I think it is time to eat now. I wonder why I don't lose weight, because I eat too much food at night. I need to get back into my good habits.
For lunch, tuna and then more liquids. More calicum, and another multi vitamin.

Happy Birthday Month Shells!
I thought I spoiled my kids with a birthday week..lol I think I might give myself a birthday month NEXT year...when I can get around better and be more than 1 year out...gonna make a list of things to do!
Well..lets see..what am I eating today. I made a trip to Trader Joe's today, so I am gonna eat good for a week or so!!..
B-10 oz ChocoHood with about 1/2 c. coffee, handfull of raw almonds
s-turkey jerky
L-Shrimp Louie Salad, 1 T. hummus, 2 marinated artichoke hearts
s-none
D-will be a stuffed porkchop and a few sweet potatoe fries, Tzaziki
W-not keeping track, but not enough I am sure
V-right on target
E-moving, but not sweating..lol (lots of walking and shopping today including smaller clothes at Fashion Bug and groceries at Trader Joe's)
