Hi Everyone,

I would like to thank everyone for their many thoughts and prayers during this ordeal.  I and everyone in my department has been spared (for now).  We got an e-mail and a voicemail late this afternoon saying that the layoffs were over.  They let go the majority of the higher ranking legal secretaries (they were making $70,000 a year) and some lawyers.    I am definitiely blessed to still have a job.

Thank you again.

Kim

It is never too late for prayer.  No one in my department was laid off , Thank God.  Thank you for your prayers and warm wishes.  I am praying for the people who were effected.  May they are blessed to find other employment very soon and that their lives will not be impacted too harshly.

Without struggle, there is no progress.
