Happy Soggy Monday Cheaters!
Today I will take control of my eating again. Sadly at 11:00 pm last night I ate my last piece of chocolate and threw out my remain bag of deadly Trader Joe chips.
I must admit I tried to eat the entire bag but couldn't finish them.
Today's word of the day is PREPARATION!
For me preparation is key. If I am prepared I make good choices and can stay on track. I packed my lunch, counted out my protien and hope to stay on track. Due to this soggy weather I am hoping I can figure out some way to get some
in.
Okay Cheaters...... Let's stay accountable. Protien is key. Water is essential and accountability is everything.

As usual I'm a day late and a dime short :-( Posted to the 'wrong' thread..but what the hey, I committed, didn't I?? (probably need to 'be' committed hee hee). Today I drank my protein for breakfast, had 3 turkey meatballs in chili sauce for lunch, will drink my Propel all afternoon, probably have 3oz of chicken and some veggies for dinner and while at support group, drink a bunch more Propel. If I can keep my hands busy and my mouth shut (likely chance of that if you ask DH) I will succeed for 1 more day ^_^

I went to the grocery store today and stocked up for the fridge here at work. No microwave here, so I've gotta stick to the cold "basics". Turkey, cheese, cottage cheese, and carb master yogurt. Also some fresh fruit and some diet coke. Coke is my downfall lately....I know I can't give up completely YET, but I'm switching to diet.
I need to figure out some exercise today.....but my knee is KILLING me. What did you do to my knee yesterday Lena? I was thinking it was from when I almost ate it on the sidewalk....but it's the other knee! LOL
