Im back for now and its that time of day again to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember every little thing counts.
Sorry for being MIA for the past several days but I started a new job and the hours are a little whacky at the moment. Hopefully the schedule will calm down and I will be able to get in the swing of things again.
For me, well today I am going to just do a simple walk on my treadmill. I am beat from all the walking and lifting for the past several days I just need a simple workout for a change LOL...

I'm happy to hear that you're working!!! Did you get to go hiking this weekend?? You can put me down for 30 min on the treadmill and 30 min with the personal trainer - both will be after work.
