I had cookies today, lol!!

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Homemade Chocolate Chip cookies (was supposed to have oatmeal)
L:  Pizza
S:  Protein Soup
D:  Meat & Veggies

Water:  6 cups
Vitamins:  A whole bunch
Exercise:  60 minute walk tonight

I'm having an emotional day which makes me want to eat crap.  But so far.....okay....well except for my Starbucks choice this morning.

Exercise:  ran 45 minutes this morning...it was COLD!

Today was my Holiday Bowling and Banquet day...I had a spoonful of everything I wanted to have, nothing was off limits...had a bite of a few different sweet treats  (sweets are just too rich for my tastebuds anymore...something new in the last few months), bowled with terrific friends, had a fun gift exchange and am getting my new shower doors installed as we speak..its a great day today!

I love garlic bread!  now I want some.....

L: was offsite for work, and they invited me to their luncheon....I had a little bit of each; turkey, ham, curry chicken; stuffing; chicken enchiladas.

Water: 32oz. down, 32more to go

I was surprised to see another lady at the luncheon eating the same way I was.  And we talked about our experiences; it was prett cool.
