Did you "Move to Lose" Today.......Im almost there
Greetings all,
Well its that time of day again that we tell all what we did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember every little thing counts........From mopping floors to doing the trail on your mountain bike.....As long as we just keep moving.
Im almost there WOO HOO. Been stalled again for almost 2 months and I have been getting really frustrated but this morning I stood on the scale and I am only .8 of a pound from my first goal and being in the 200's officially. First the scale read 299.8 but moved to 300.8 but. Almost OMW to Disneyland
For me today, I want to go back to the Gym but I will have to go after work. Got called in early again so it threw off my routine. But I will do my best tonight to get there. This gym thing is really working out for me just need to learn what more I can do to push myself.

Congrats on being so close to the 200s. You will get there. When I was so close to that point, it seemed like my body was playing mind games with me, but I made it and I've gone way below that point so you will too!!
I have my tennis shoes on at work today, something I normally can't do, but no meetings and no elected official in the office. I plan on walking my bootie off at lunch. For the weekend I'll be on the road, but the hotel I am staying at has a gym so I'll be using whatever strage equipment they might have.
