Today I am thankful for...
1. A wonderful Nor Cal luncheon yesterday with some great friends. Can't wait until Feb.
2. A little repreieve from the rain but it's coming back today.
3. A great evening with our friend Steve last night, even though I did loose at dominoes.

The insurance company cutting me a check to fix my poor car after our encounter with the giant tumbleweed>
Being able to pack some of the nice sweaters I scored at the Nor Cal lunch-yea!!
My dad getting out of the hospital today (hopefully he will do what his DR tells him to do!!)

Made it home yesterday just in time to catch a downpour as we reached the house LOL Seems I gotta go to Concord to see the sunshine!!
Today I am Thankful for:
a great time yesterday with the Nor Cal group; new faces and the year of get-togethers planned ahead.
being married to someone who knows how to FIX things! Blew one of the breakers last nite; 'contractor' Lon knew exactly what/how to do to fix it...saved us a bunch of $$$ hiring an electrician!
my NuWave Infrared oven (birthday present)...my food, such as it is, has soooo much better flavor!
