Welcome to the Cali Board and congratulations on your upcoming orientation meeting. Come join us Nor Cal Losers for luncheon one of these months. We've been enjoying each other's support for lunch or fun outtings each month for almost 3 years now and we always welcome new friends. Dr Lisa Steres is excellent! I saw her for my pre op evaluation and she really seems to understand bariatric surgery and food/emotions and just dealing with things. She wants to see me post op and she gave me a TON of info on how to handle my anxiety. She has an RB office and one at the Scripps Clinic in Del Mar.

Oh DARN! I'm going to miss both of the upcoming events! I was hoping to get to see everyone before the year ended.

This Saturday is the Napa Film Festival where my son is showing a short film so I'll be up there with him. In December I'll be having my plastic surgery and will be gone for 2 weeks.

Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving and a very very Merry Christmas. I'm so sorry I'll miss the gift exchange and all of the wonderful conversation. Heck Barb, what are you going to do with nobody showing up at noon? :)

Today I went to a support group, and the people there were great, all of them came from kaiser all around, from richmond to fremount to san fran. i felt great being there and listening and taking in all of the information from everyone and i got a good feeling there and i will be back next monday....
