I am not sure why I look so different (maybe the beard). I will have to look for a more recent picture (but the beard comes and goes fairly frequently). Maybe I should just use a oicture of the 'old' me.

What time and day is the class? I have been wanting to try it, too! I work during the day, so if it's in the daytime I'm out.....
I do know someone who is in that class - she was at support group - her name is Mary Ellen....I don't have her number, but I can email her and see if she'll meet up....

Hey! Welcome! Best of luck on your journey. I had my VSG in January. I'm thrilled with my results and I was blessed that my insurance covered it.
Pain? Averaged around a 4. Energy is sapped for the first couple weeks, but after that, it's all uphill. Welcome to the greatest decision of your life. I know it was for me. Give a holler if you need an ear!
