What about Tofu?

I've only had it a few times, but it was fine.  Probably sat better than chicken when I had it.

              


  Actually, I used to cook it different ways sometimes as a pre-op, and could even get it to passably taste like meat ..  Since surgery it tastes to me now bland and yucky ... like hard-boiled egg white (which I have always HATED) ..  no matter how I prepare it ..  

Was at a graduation party once and picked up a tofu hot dog and didn't find out til I took a bit, talk about shock wasn't good, but who knows if my tastes change post op I might try it.
