I was, too.   And if I wasn't instructed, I'd do it anyway.   I'd recommend that, after you have your night-before hibiclens shower, dry with a newly washed towel and put on newly-washed jammies (or whatever you sleep in) and sleep in newly-washed sheets.   In the morning, the same thing, you take your shower and then put on newly-washed clothes, not something that's been in your drawer for a while.

There are more and more community aquired MRSA infections now.   And a little precaution like this doesn't cost anything but a little more time.
