If you readjust the way you think about food--it can be your friend instead of your enemy--your post-op DS life will be much easier. As long as you get in your required amount of protein daily (and limit your carbs if you worry about not losing quickly enough,) you are golden.
Eating helps you lose. Allow yourself to eat without guilt.

I was at 28% EWL at 2 months out (you are ahead of me)
