I think this is a very valid question. I had to ask the doc if my Lap-band was going to prevent me from sucking my boyfriend's ****

Luckily I'm at only 1.5CC out of a 10CC fill.... so right now I'm good.

(are you finding all of this a little hard to swallow?)

With all of your years of knowledge no one even thought about it.It is indeed very informative thread for people who engaged in those activities.
You are at high risk of anal fissures becaue of Anal sex thats regardless of whether you have WLS or not.
But after DS your atomic poop can make fissure worse.
My humble suggestion for your boy friend is to slide the dang thing where its meant to be.
Please please please kindly keep us updated how things work out with back door action.
