Sometimes DS's aren't the 'platinum standard'
Aw **** I saw this thread title and was afraid it would be more bad news about Lynn Bee :-(. Why can't she ever catch a ******g break?!?! She is an incredible lady, Mary. To accomplish what she has done in the face of these kinds of health issues....I am in awe. And I want her FIXED too.
****big hugs***** Absolutely swinging away, for her and you both.

Mary,
Thanks for posting Lynn Bee update. I'm so sorry she's still having all these issues. I hope that the doctors will be able to find a solution to all of her troubles soon, it frustrating. I'll add her to my prayers.
I also hope that you get some relief to, don't beat yourself up. Just continue to be there for her, and vent all you want to us here on the boards.
Ciao, Leslie
Thank you so much for posting this. We get too blase about surgery around here and some folk almost discount any possibility of ending up with some of the many possible post op complications. All newbies and those thinking of surgery need to know that sometimes **** happens and **** doesn't discriminate.
Send Lynn Bee my best wishes and warmest regards. Swinging my dog for her.

I am soooo sad to hear this for you and your niece.
I feel like her dream has turned into a nightmare. I can't even imagine the despair she must be feeling.
And then the the things you must be dealing with. I am so sorry.
I am soooo thankful for my very uneventful surgery and recovery. But maybe a bit ashamed because things do go wrong with anything in life. I know I am no more special than any of the wonderful people who have had to suffer complications with this surgery.
Once again I am soooo sorry to hear this and hope her dreams of a healthy life come soon!
