You might try a sugar free syrup like Torani makes. I've used lemon, raspberry, chocolate, almond and hazelnut in Greek yogurt and liked them all. Or some preserves or jam, or just some sweetener of choice. It's milder and nicer even straight than regular yogurt, so IMO it's perfectly nice just sweetened some and possibly with a few drops of vanilla extract, if you want to use simple things you probably have on hand..

The traditional way to eat it is with honey and almonds, neither of which you'll want to try now. But that should give you an idea of flavor possibilities.

I use Smucker's sugar free preserves and splenda.  Gives it a really good taste.

Fage makes three kinds of plain yogurt. I buy the higest fat content one I can find because it is so creamy and delish. I add sugar free preserves and splenda to taste. Oh gosh I love this stuff. I can eat a whole LARGE container in one sitting!!!! YUM.

Since I am usually not home when I eat mine, I mix a couple packets of Splenda in it... and normally I don't really like the taste of Splenda ... I won't put it in my coffee or tea but in Fage Greek yogurt, it's great.  If I am home, I've eaten it with a few blueberries.

I'm preop but Greek yogurt & a bit of spicy hot lemon or lime Indian pickle tastes yum for me! Just a bit different if you get tired of sweet yogurt

I buy the Dannon greek yogurt with the fruit on the bottom.  Yes, it's kind of high carbish, depending on your perspective, but I've eaten it all along without any issues.  It's yummy!
