Edit my Avatar?

 So I have no idea what happened to all the info that was under my avatar.  I can't figure out how to put it back.  I know I probably seem brain dead, but I just can't figure it out.   When I click on the "edit avatar" button I only have the opportunity to change the picture, nothing else. 
Any help would be appreciated.
