Becky - I'm sorry, but I think you are being unrealistic with your size 4 at your height, so I'm glad you've decided to move up to size 6. Two, it's shake cake!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we LOSE weight, not loose it.......that is all. You've done great, and I aspire to acheive your goals.

I'm trying to LOOSE weight so my clothes will fit LOSE.

And since I named it I can call it a cake shake if I want.  LOL.

Sounds like you had a great weekend.  You know what? I'd hold on to those 4's at least until you hit your 4 year surgiversary. You're still redistributing and your weight may actually come down a little during your third year. You never know.

Thank you Gina.  The scale said 147 today which is about where I started 2 months ago.  I'm going to call this successful maintaining.

I really don't have too many 4s.  I'll pack them away and see.  I just don't want to go up another size so I am going right back to my plan and make sure I get some salad or veggie most days.  I think if I had ignored things two months ago I would have gained even more so I'm glad I got back on track, even if it didn't put me back where I had hoped.

Hi GUys,
Hey Becky - I'm with you on the size 4 issue, I am trying to lose about 7lbs of regain (damn british home cooking!) and my size 4's are pretty snug. YOU are the best person to decide whether a size 4 suits you despite your height etc or not and your daughters can help you add some perspective if you think you may have gotten it out of proportion. I agree with Gina, hold onto the size 4's honey, I think this is just temporary. I know for myself exactly where I feel the most comfortable in my skin and clothes weight wise, do what feels right to you. My Mom had an interesting point recently, she said that I was MO for so long that I had no idea that a few pounds could make someone of a "normal" weight feel so uncomfortable!! Good point Mom!!

I had a good day yesterday , got a long gym session in that had some weights and an hour of cardio split between the treadmill on a steep incline, eliptical and bike. Got weights in too!! Drank a litre of water at the gym too. My Mom is treating me to a personal trainig session for my birthday in august this year which is exciting!!
OK, I digress, onto the food:
B - double scoop choc truffle protein shake (nectar sweets) with some peanut butter, coffee with HC on way to gym (50g)
L - low carb wap with turkey, cheese and mayo, water. (20g)
S - cup coffee with HC
D - Shrimp ceasar salad (no croutons) homemade so v heavy on the shrimp (30), few chicken nuggets (10g)
S - cajun boiled peanuts and another half litre water flavoured with Crytsal light while watching tv
I aim to get in a second shake today after my zumba session.
have a great day everyone!!
