So, chicken something or other turned into sauteed chicken thighs w/Italian seasoning, leftover marinara sauce w/ground beef, and mozzarella cheese melted on top. Not bad and very filling.

B: Eggs with sausage, onions, multi colore peppers, tomatoes
S: Atkins bar
S: Cheese sticks
D: Souper Salad (it's a restaurant that serves just soups and salads-I had a bowl of cream of broccoli, cream of potato, chicken and rice; I had a salad with some taco meat, and a bowl of ice cream) a few grapes and a few pieces of cantaloupe
S: Apple
S: Hamburger with cheese, and cole slaw
Dessert: 1/2 a slice of chocolate cake
No exercise today...but I will be going to the gym tomorrow.
