Target: 800 calories - 600 protein calories
120g protein, less than 20g carbs

Are you constipated even when you don't take your calcium or iron? Some calciums really do a number on me. Also, an iron made with ferrous sulfate can mess you up.

Yes - I've tried stopping the calcium temporary with no results. I still see the hematologist to monitor my anemia and get iron infusions to avoid additional impacts to the constipation that already exists.
ive been seeing a gastroenterologist that seems clueless and internet searches everything I say related to Bariatrics. Go figure.......
I just can't put it together or determine the underlying issue.
Dr. Elariny has me scheduled for another metabolic test. Perhaps that will provide some indicators. I'm also scheduled for a colonoscopy next week.
i just want to know what I need to do because I'm totally committed to doing it.
