Saying Hello Again, After Many Years

I used to come on here about 15 - 20 years ago. I wanted to let you know, for anyone still having issues deciding/complications afterwards, about how I am.

It was a slow process, but, after several orthopedic procedures which took precedence, that I lost about 180 pounds myself. It did not happen overnight, and I did have medication to help me.

My blood pressure is not an issue any more, and my A1C is in the 4.x range. I take vitamins, and I take medications for other issues.

I have about 20 pounds to go, but that is likely excess skin, for the most part. I have already had panniculectomy, brachioplasty, and breast reduction.
