Topic: RE: Gas and accidents

Hi! I am having a hard time searching the forums it keeps giving me a server error otherwise I would just be searching for the answers. I am 15 years out and have recently been dealing with accidents and bad gas more than normal. Nothing in my diet has changed and I remember someone posting about something they got prescribed to help kind of reset their system? I'm eating clean and taking probiotics but I just need to get the accidents under control and would like to stop being a weapon with the gas ? if anyone could share the links to some posts for me? I don't remember if it was an antifungal medication or an actual anti biotic? I really appreciate your help in advance! ?

Does anyone have Brock's Pizza recipe saved? The forum doesn't go back farther than 2010 and the search function isn't working.....

There have also been many studies that the generic synthroid is not effective compared to the actual branded one. If your insurance will not pay for the branded synthroid you have proof it is not working for you based on your labs and the efforts you and the physician have tried to regulate your hormone levels, based on your efforts, the physician can submit this to your insurance and make sure you are taking synthroid, and not generic. Also since your parathyroid glands were removed, you need calcitonin to help with the already impaired absortion our surgery gives us. :D

PLease also make sure that your vitamin k levels are in the high end of the normal range because vitamin k is very important for clotting factor and surgery involves blood, many people do not take vit k into account when preparing for any invasive procedure! :D

Topic: RE: Obama Care
I am so sorry for offending you and anyone else for calling our new nationalized health care "Obama Care", I had simply read on two other peoples posts that his health care system was a factor in why they wanted their surgeries before the new year, and I had not specifically been creative and plagiarized their term. :D

HI Everyone! I was reading some peoples posts and how they wanted there surgeries to be performed before 2011? I'm sorry if I come off as being ignorant, but is there a link or something I can read as why these people are faraid of Healthcar in 2001 and how Obamas plan will affect those not on it?
 Thanks So Much!! :D Aliee

Topic: RE: I love my "Sports Doctor"!!
That is so good! I have not been 'switched' yet,but I have already designated my Endocrinologist as my PCP because he is very thorough and cares about my well being. Whatever doctor you feel most comfortable with should be your PCP and it is great you now have a back up in case one doctor is unavailable! :D

Topic: RE: Bittersweet APPROVAL..... Any advice???
I am unsure of what a bariatric surgeon's office does, but most office in most specialties are supposed to use CPT and ICD-9 codes which are codes used by the physician and medical assistants so the insurance companies know EXACTLY what procedure is going to be performed or has been used treated for each patient, so with that knowledge maybe her surgeon is sending the RNY codes to her insurance? :(
