The BAY AREA WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY SUPPORT GROUP is a peer-to-peer group which is open to individuals who have undergone various types of weight loss surgery, or to those who are anticipating or planning this kind of lifestyle change. Our group members have had their surgeries performed by various WLS surgeons and hospitals, and we are not affiliated with any specific WLS surgeon or hospital. Pre-Registration is Not required, but notification of your attendance would be helpful for planning purposes. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

moving to clearwater in 3 weeks ! Looking for support groups ,walking groups and Drs. I had my GB march 07 . Any information would be helpful .

Our group in Jacksonville is trying to get together a few people to come to Tampa for the walk so if you'd like to meet up with them, please let me know.

I remember the name "Trauma Queen" so we must have emailed in the past.
We still hold meetings and have just talked about putting together a walking group and the person heading it up lives at Atlantic and Mounment so she's over here on our side of town.
As Emily told you, we meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month and we'd love to have you join us.
If you (or anybody *****ads this post) would like to come out and join us, please email me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to add you to our mailing list.

Yes, LaWanda lives over there, she meets with a group the first Tuesday of the month at Tinseltown and the Towncenter. I'll email her that you post. I'm over on the westside!!

I have a Great doctor At Tampa general Hospital ... Dr Murr
and 2 good support groups...Tampa General Hospital Group and Bay Area Weight Loss ...
I see we have a friend in common...know Nan for over 30 years....
