If it's any help, I have heard wonderul things about Dr. Murr. In fact, he was recommended by a top WLS in Chicago when I was moving down to FL, but at the time my insurance wouldn't cover it. I know $750 sounds like a lot, but you can do it. It will totally change your life. If I weren't sick and on medicare I would give you the money myself. I wish I had it to give it to you.

I've been on prednisone and chemo for over 7.5 years. Gained over 160 pounds due to pred. Highest wt. 410. Surgery wt. 365. Current wt. 299

I only know of Dr. Bass (Thomas) and he is out of Hollywood, FL (with other docs in his office). I think that's too far for you though.

Sounds interesting. I haven't attended any support meetings since leaving TX back in Oct. when we moved down here. I would love to meet some other people as I am coming up on one year post op myself and almost at goal weight. They have assigned me to Dr. Murr and I really like him so far.

? has any one ever had wls with doc khaled shebani he is in ocala how did it go. and has any one had this procedure done with medicaid/amerigroup and did you run in to any problems with this
