I do a protein shake every morning. I can take it in the car with me on the way to work and know I get a majority of my protein for the day out of the way.

                    Thank you for your reply. I am at the beginning of my journey, did the orientation, met with doctor Dr. Roensthal and Thursday 1/19/12 I met with the Nut. I've only met two other patients from C/C. hoping to meet more. You are now three years post-op, did you have many complications / how are you doing now / any regrets ?
Is a teaching hospital not a good place to have WLS ?
Anything that you care to share about WLS will be appreciated.
I'm a newbie to OH so I have many questions and concerns about WLS. One thing I will say, it's that I'm better informed, have made some new friends and i"m having fun reading all the post.

Hi butterfly,   I try to think outside of the box for breakfast.  I like turkey bacon or turkey sausage with cheese.  Can you eat cheese?  Also greek yogurt mixed with some fruit.  Sorry you had some complications.  Hope things are looking up.
