I have a FB and am usually on there more than on OH. I havent been on here in ages.
I am doing great. I have gained a few lbs since getting married and having a baby and need to lose them. So far 7 down and 25 more to go! :)

HI everyone! My name is Cristy, and although I am new to the message boards, I am no newbie to OH.
I had my surgery back in 2002 at the tender age of 21. This page helped me in so many ways. However, through the years, I came in less and less.
I have kept off the majority of my weight, but have gained back a few lbs, 30 to be precise, and I'm back for that support that helped me get through it all so many years ago.
A lot has changed on OH. Not sure if any of my old "friends" are on here still , but I am looking forward in meeting a lot of new friends too!

I was writing to see how your revision surgery went in May. I am also at the decision making point of having Dr. Uchal perform a revision on myself... Would you be willing to share with me, not only info about your experience with Dr. Uchal, but how life is with your new revision body. How much weight have you lost, etc.

I had surgery March of this year. I did have the normal issues with some vomiting but most of which was self induced by eating to quickly or to much. I have no regrets. Sometime the former fat girl comes out and I get a little upset that I cannot eat certain things but the I overcome that and remember that is why I had the surgery to not eat those things. I am a little over 8 months post op and have lost 136lbs. The only advise I can give is do what the doc tell ya to do. Don't overeat, chew chew chew your food, take supplements and protein. I wish you luck.

Hi can anyone help with a supplement or something that helps with energy after WLS. I had surgery in March and still not eating much. Is there a supplement that I can take that will help with energy??? I have lost 136lbs and feel good but no energy. HELP!!
