I was in Florida with my daughter and her friend when I got THE call! I have been approved for RNY with Dr. Macik. I just have to get cardiac, pulmonary and upper GI clearances and then I will get a date for surgery. Hopefully I can get this done next week before we go back to school. I was so excited I did the happy dance right there in the Surf Store. Needless my daughter was embarrassed, but when she found out why I was dancing she danced with me!
