!!!!! Honey, you have got to stop weighing in daily and every other day ... you will drive yourself ABSOLUTELY NUTS. At the MOST, you should weigh in Once A Week ... That's It. Be Patient My Friend. I ditto that above remark .... HIDE THOSE SCALES! I don't even own a set of scales ..... weighing brings me DOWN DOWN DOWN! I have only been weighing in at surgeon's office .... and now since I won't be going every month ... I will probably go by once a month just to weigh in ... I think its important to weigh on the same scales.
