I'm having lap RNY surgery next week! With Dr. LaMasters at Methodist Hospital. Our support group meetings are the first Saturday of every month. You can find it on their website...i think its

Exciting, huh???

On that note, carol, how much exercise and how often do you do it are you getting in a day? I just wonder because I struggle with that one and I just wonder about it. I know they say to get in 30 minutes a day...i work in a preschool so im not on my butt all day long in an office job (not knocking office jobs at all) but when i get home I am drained and just want to relax...and by relax i mean, take care of my own 3 kids, get the supper and ready for bed, and by that time its ME time. Anyways, just wondering how everyone else does with this?? I do fine with the diet, that is not an issue for the most part, ive got to get that mindset to get my butt on that treadmill everyday...I should go do it right now!!!
