Hey Everybody!!
I just had to share this with all of you! There is a lady that lives in the town that I do that created a Margarita mix that has ZERO Sugar, ZERO Carbs, ZERO Calories and ZERO Fat.. If you are a Margarita lover like I am, you have got to try this product.  It is GREAT!  It is being sold right now through a citrus tree company, but she will have her own webpage up soon, when she gets it up, I will let everyone know!  But if you are interested in having a Lemon or Lime Tree and want some Margarita mix, you can find it at : www.keylimepietree.com/nocarbarita.html

I know I have not been on this site for quite some time, but I am trying to get back on track.  I have done pretty well with maintaining my weightloss.  My surgery was in March 2005, I weighed 240, I am still at 130.  I am very happy with my success.  I hope everyone is doing great.

Hi Kristin,

Happy surgiversary and HAPPY HAPPY birthday.  I read your latest blog and you must feel so good about being able to help a friend without huffing and puffing,  I look forward to those days.

I also see you have revised your weight goal.  I completely understand that.  I think that women as they get older often make unrealistic goals for ourselves.  I will probably need to change mine too as time goes by.

Keep up the good work.

Other times I can barely see.
Lately it occurs to me what a long, strange trip it’s been.

Kari, Glad to hear your home and on the mend!  It sounds like you've been a real trooper through your ordeal.  Hope your feeling stronger every day.  Get lots of rest and don't push yourself too much even if you are a nurse and think you know it all - lol.  Take care,  Margo

I'm here and doing fine!  Thanks for checking up on me :)  I just haven't felt up to hanging out online.  I did write an enormous blog today about the whole experience if you'd like to read it.

I'm feeling pretty good today, sore and tired, but getting around well.  Stay in touch!

I was to have the surgery in June but the insurance was not on the same page.  I changed jobs and here I am.  I am having the RNY 12/10/08.  Can't wait, nervous but only a little think that nexst week when I start the daily 1200 calorie diet for 2 weeks it will really hit home.  But it is all for the good.
