back from post op check up

I just got back from my post op check up. I am 9 days out today I have lost 30.5 pounds, and he told me I can drive, take off that silly waist wrap thingy and best of all NO MORE SOCKS

he said the water was fine drink as much as I wanted or until it gave me a full feeling. all incision sites look good and he will see me back in 5 weeks. and I can increase my exercise finally.
