Hi Cindy, I do understand what you are feeling, as I have had alot of plateaus during my journey, and have been at a standstill for months. (Although my PCP says I'm right where he wanted me to be- I'm not satisfied- I want more! I look at my body and think UGH!! If only I could have a total body lift and reach MY goal of 145-149. ) I did it for me also,- just so I could live longer, healthier and free of 11 meds. Here are some things I've noticed about you- You are friendly;personable; helpful; willing to share ideas &encouragement, and honest. You smile more, look great and are a happy person! You love your family and are sharing a healthier lifestyle with them, as well! See, even your friends have seen the changes you have made. There is nothing wrong at all with your weight loss- shout it from the roof tops!! You have done great, and should pat yourself on the back. This isn't a race to see who finishes first, we all are the WINNERS in this one! "Keep on, keeping on "girl, and I'll see you at the Clothing Exchange! (((love & hugs))) Ellen

Thanks Ellen. You are a very nice person and I really enjoyed getting to talk to you at Sherri's party. Thanks for helping me to see some of the things I might have missed over the last year. It is kind of hard for me to bare all my feelings like I did yesterday, but I knew this was a safe place to do it. I really appreciate all of the kind words of encouragement and I honestly felt so much better by last evening after reading everyone's responses. The people on this board are definitely a good influence on me! Cindy
