PRE OP Informational seminar In Worth, IL

This Saturday afternoon from 1-3pm will be a pre op informational seminar in Worth, IL LifeWeigh Bariatrics (LWB) will be hosting the seminar at The Center for Wellness and Weight Management, 11315 South Harlem Ave, Worth, IL Here is a link to LWB web site that has the list of seminars. Call LWB office at 630 261 9393 if you have any questions and to let them know that you are going to attend and how many people they can expect in your group. It is helpful for them to know how many are coming so they can have enough chairs and informational paperwork to hand out to the attenders.
