What is the nut doctor or nut class?

I am kind of new to this forum and I thought the nut doctor was the psychologist but now I am not so sure.  Can some one fill me in?

the "nut class" is the preop nutrition class.

Usually when you see "the nut" we are referring to the nutritionist. "Nut class" is the nutrition class.
