anyone ever gets together and not have a good time with a bunch of losers, somethings wrong with them..i met so many ladies heck if i will remember them, next time i see them...well, unless their name is written on their car...LMAO..such a joy to meet the newbees and the ones i already know or have met...we all know obese people are fun and happy...and by crackie they still are as losers...so many i did not even get to talk with...

Hi Dan, I was reading one of your posts about some protein bars that you bought at Kroger. Which kind did you get? I stopped in this morning before church and they had a lot on sale. I got the Balance brand Carb Well bars, but they have a lot of sugar alcohols in them so not sure how I will do with those. Always kind of scary to try new things, so thought I would see what kind you have had luck with. Thanks, Julie

Julie, The ones I got were the ADVANT EDGE CARB CONTROL BARS. They very little sugar and lots of protein. Dan
