Welcome home! Get rest, take some short walks and drink pleny of water and protein drinks. I know it's hard to drink so much right after surgery, but it will definitely make the healing process much quicker. Don't forget about the 30 minute rule!
I'm almost 3 weeks out and have already lost 20lbs and I feel awesome. My chronic back pain is almost gone already...course didn't have all my doggy's sleeping with me the last couple of weeks and that sure helps.
