Just got back from my first post op visit

Good afternoon all! Well just got back from the doctor and I lost 15.1 pounds and 12 1/2 inches.  Was excited and just wanted to tell you all.  Thanks for all the support.  Lisa

Lisa, Congrats!! Now you want to hear the REALLY cool thing? When most of us are in the hospitals as fresh post-ops, we are filled so full with IV's that we gain ~5-10 lbs..so you not only lost the 15.1..but that too! Cool beans, huh?!?! Since this is your first post-op visit, I'm assuming that it's your 1 weeks one. Super-duper great! Sherri

Yes Sherri it was my week one.  Thanks and good luck on your upcoming ps.  I am so excited for you.  Thanks all for your words of encouragement and kindness.  I have alot to learn and I love this board.  I love my new life.

yup ur right i went into hosp at 216 then after 4 bags fluid i was 125 dang i was shocked i gainned 10 over night -------but its nothing to trip on right? its jus****er right?
