ot-UPDATE ON BABIES

HI EVERYONE,  I WENT OT THE FETAL ULTRASOUND WITH MY DAUGHTER WHO IS EXPECTING TWINS( BOY & GIRL) AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WILL BE THE NEXT 2 WEEKS OR LESS, AND THEY WILL BE HERE. THEY ARE GOING TO DO A C-SECTION, BECAUSE OF THE STRESS LEVEL ON ALL OF THEM.STILL NO ANSWER ABOUT HER CERVICAL CANCER- IT WILL BE DEALT WITH AFTER THEY ARE HERE. SHE IS GOING TO HAVE HER TUBES TIED, SO HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE IN 1/12 -2 WEEKS. IF SOONER, SHE HAS TO GO TO ST. V'S- THEN WAIT 6 WEEKS- & GO ELSEWHERE,YIKES!!! IT  WAS ALITTLE SCARY FOR AWHILE- THE BOY WASN'T BREATHING ON THE MONITOR( FOR 15 MIN!) AND THEY HAD TO DO A IMMEDIATE NON-STRESS TEST ON THEM. AFTER GIVING AMY APPLE JUICE THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE LITTLE GUY TO DO WHAT HE'S SUPPOSE TO- BUT THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE ABILITY FO THEM TO LAST MUCH LONGER IN THE WOMB. I HAVE TO TAKE HER IN MON. FOR ANOTHER NON-STRESS FETAL MONITER TEST, AND THEY SHOULD DECIDE IN THE NEXT 1 1/2 WEEKS WHEN TO DO THE C-SECTION. THIS BEING HER 5-6TH BABIES (LIVING)THEY DON'T WANT TO LET HER GET IN A EXTREMELY STRESSED WAY, OR RISK THE BABIES LIVES. THE BOY-AIDEN CURTIS- WEIGHED IN AT 4LB. 1 OZ. AND THE GIRL -BETHANY RENE' IS 3 LB. 11 OZ. THEY WERE CONCERNED THAT SHE IS GETTING VERY LITTLE ROOM AND THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH HER CORD.  THANKS SO MUCH FOR LISTENING AND BEING THERE. I am praying for them. St V's has a great program for preemies but its soo scary. We went to visit Rich's cousin's little girl there and she was born at 32 weeks and weighed 7 lbs but she couldnt breathe or anything and looking around there were soo many littler babys it was soo scary.

I'll keep her in my prayers dear... Pray that God holds those little ones and keeps them safe... Take care of her and yourself... and may He be with you all...

Loves and hugs

Yup, we know all to well how great St. V's~~~ our 4 yr. old grandaughter born 17 weeks early and only 2lb. 4oz, & now is a thriving little girl. Just don't want Amy to have to go thru a c-section  there & a tubal after 6 weeks somewhere else- too much stress on her, them & us! God is in control, and they will come in His time.It is scarry, but the Drs. /nurses are so much more aware today to the danger signals.That is a huge change from when I had my girls YEARS ago- geez, I'm gonna date myself if I'm not careful! Ellen, I will be keeping all of your family in my thoughts and prayers! You all have a lot going on right now, SIL, daughter, babies, I am thinking of you all and hoping for the best of cir****tances in all of the situations! If she's getting a c-section, why can't they do a tubal at the same time? That's how they did it for me. Just curious.  P.S. My son was born at 4lb 4 oz., and he caught up fine on all the milestones. 

Ellen, Im saying a prayer for the babies....(secretly waiting on that call to pick them up...esp that little girl)  Tell your daughter to keep those sweet little buns in that oven as long as she can.   How was your friend when u went to visit him the other night.  I hope hes doing better. 

Any new news on the sister-in-law and her treatment? I so enjoyed seeing u Sat.  You look amazing.  I hope this week isnt wearing you out.  Hope to see you again soon.  Please take good care of yourself Pamela
