A little INFO on some PRODUCTS.....

Oh yeah, I do love my Shake-A-Whey!!! Bob is such an encourager, and knows his product! He helped Dana find a gel tab MSM that has all the right stuff & makes him feel better. I definatly do recommend him and the products he sells!  I take the large size one & mix it with 6 cups of decaf coffee, & make my own lattes! If you put it in the blender it will make a foamy top on your serving-yum! It's full of protien and good, too~ my fav. is the vanilla, & chocolate is my runner up!
