I'm baaaack!

I am finally home from the hospital. I had my surgery last Monday morning. The surgery itself went well. A couple of days after the surgery I just couldn't do the amount of drinking that they wanted me to. They took another upper G.I. and there was still a lot of swelling there and so they kept me on ice chips for a few days and that seems to have fixed the problem. Now I am drinking a lot better and feel much better too. All in all it was an experience but one that I would do over if I had to. I am glad to be home since there is "No place like home!"

I am now offically a Hoosier Loser! I hope that all is well with all my fellow losers and those of us who are future losers. I am going to get going. I think I am going to lurk around for a bit and then I am going off to bed. I am sooooooo glad that I am home.

Brenda, Welcome to the Losers Bench- it is an awesome place!!!! I am glad to hear that things are going better. Sometimes we have some bumps along our journies, but they seem to make us stronger in the long haul!
