YEA!!! SURGERY DATE!!! YEA!

Yea! l got my surgery date today. Dec. 7th at 8:00 a.m. I'm so excited and scared at the same time. I have never been through any surgery before. People say this is the easy way out. RIGHT! I first have to go to a support meeting which I will go on Tuesday night at St. V's. My Pre surgery test on Nov. 21st. I also have to make an appointment for my preoperative nut'l class. Then wait till surgery. Ohh scary.

Thank you all who gave me great advise. I sure I'll have a lot more questions for you all during this life long adventure. I just hope they don't find anything wrong during all these test. Terri

CONGRATS ON YOUR DATE . DURING NUT CLASS JUST TAKE NOTES LISTEN AND ASK QUESTIONS. THE PRE OPSS TESTS ARE NOT THAT BAD . AND THEN FOR YOUR SURGERY DATE RELAX THE NIGHT BEFORE TAKE A LONG BUBBLE BATH AND THINK OF THE FUN YOU WILL HAVE WHEN YOU ARE AT GOAL . FOLLOW YOUR DOCS EATING ADVICE AND YOU WILL BE FINE JUST 2 THINGS TO REMEMBER SIP ISP SIP AND WALK WALK WALK ... VICKI

Congratulations Terri!!!! Your MPlan must be better than mine....I'm still not sure if Psychologist called my "okay" in today since she didn't call me like she said she would.

Congrats Terri! It wont be long until you are a Hoosier Loser. By no means is this the way out and do not let people tell you that. It is hard work and a lot of mental things to get past. But you will do it. The day will be here soon.
