Good Snowy Wednesday morning

Good morning all!  It is 7am and snowy.  We have gotten so far about 2-3 inches and it is beautiful.  Wasnt a bad drive to work if you drove slow.  Nothing much going on today other than getting the Christmas party together for my work.  Hope you all have a good day and be careful out there.  Welcome to Winter!!! We have about 3 -4 inches of snow and it is Beautiful..well to me it is...but maybe not to hubby who had to snow blow the driveway and drive to Warsaw to work School has a 2 hour delay which is crazy since today is an early release day...just close for the day! Y'all be careful out there driving...stay warm and since it is winter check those emergency supplies in your car...shovel, scraper, gloves, blanket, candle, flashligh****er, and my hubby keeps a container of that ice melt in the trunk too. I had a GREAT time at the party last night..We sat with Mistylynn and her hubby and I met so many OH'ers  thanks to Sherri...I have pics with Mistylynn, Sherri, E, Vicki, Mariah, Jessyca, Sue and Marianne. I even have a pic with Doc Huse and SANTA!  LOL    I can't wait to meet more of y'all at the ornament exhange! Bring your smiles...I will have my camera!  I am in for the day...finishing up christmas cards so I will be checkin back in throughout the day!  Have a snowy angel kind of day and keep smilin'!  HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS, Janene

Snow is beautiful from the inside, but I hate driving in it.  The drive wasn't too bad this morning, but the parking lot was a nightmare.  Imagine how bad parking is with 4000 people and then add in the snow where you can't see the parking lines.  OMG I'm glad we come to work at 6 before the crowd gets here.  The late people won't even get a parking spot today.

Tomorrow is our Friday because Brenda and I are taking Friday off to take care of last minute decorating/cleaning for the Ornament Exchange.  I think everyone will have a great time.  When we first started planning it, I had no idea how much interest we would have.  Really looking forward to seeing everyone. So glad that I got the Hoosiers Directory in the mail last night.  Hope everyone got theirs. Have a great day and stay inside where it's warm (hopefully anyway). Floyd

Good morning all! It is only raining here now, but it is supposed to flurry this afternoon. That will be about all that we are going to get this time, so I guess you could say we got lucky!   Not much going on here today, I just have to go back to work! lol Of course I am not really looking forward to it, because I hate my Mondays! LOL  Wednesdays are always slower than normal. Maybe with it being the holiday season, it will be busier that usual. Tomorrow morning is when I have all of my pre-op classes and then my pulmo test tomorrow afternoon. I am so excited about getting that done! I will let you all know what happens tomorrow evening.  I will have to leave the house by 5:45 am to make it thru rush hour traffic, and find out exactly where I am supposed to go! LOL That is going to be a fun time! I need to get my rear in gear and get some work done around the house before I have to go to work.  I am tired this morning, since I was up until 1 am doing laundry, and then Jimmy and one of our co-workers came home around 3 am and they were talking like always......LOUD!!! I went into the kitchen, and they just looked at me with the "OH NO" look, and they said they were sorry for waking me up! They had better of been sorry, or I would make them WISH they were sorry! LOL  Gotta run! ttyl!

UGGHHHH I SO DIDNT WANT TO GET UP THIS MORNING, I WAS SNUG AND WARM IN MY BED. JIM GOT UP LET THE DOG OUT ( HE DIDNT WANT TO GO BECAUSE HE HATES SNOW) I TOOK ADVANTAGE AND HIT THE SNOOZ BUTTON A COUPLE EXTRA TIMES.  THIS FIRST SNOW IN INDIANA WINTER IS LIKE THE FIRST SUMMER STORM PEOPLE DRIVE LIKE THEY HAVE NO BRAINS. ITS ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU WANT TO GET OUT AND TAP ON THE WINDOW AND SAY " YOU LIVE HERE DRIVE LIKE IT" IT NOT LIKE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN EVERY YEAR. LOL OK I AM DONE FUSSIN.  NOW CAN I TAKE A LIL NAP. SEEMS LIKE LATELY I HAVE BEEN REAL SLEEPY ALL THE TIME. I TAKE A B12 EVERY DAY AND MY LEVELS ARE GOOD. I THINK I JUST NEED TO GO TO BED SOONER AT NIGHT .  I AM FIGHTING AN ISSUE WITH MY BLOOD SUGARS BEING TO LOW AND CRASHING AT TIMES. I WAKE OF A MORNING AND FIND THAT I AM AT A 65 -70 BLOOD SUGAR AND I AM DIZZY ( MORE THEN NORMALU) WELLL I NEED TO ACTUALLY DO SOME WORK SINCE I AM HERE AND THEY ARE PAYING ME. Whew! I've been busy! I downloaded all my pics from last night. I'm sorry Jessyca but the one of you..and the one of me by myself by the tree, neither turned out. They were both so fuzzy you could hardly even tell who it was suppose to be. I put several of the pics on my profile here but there are some more in my picture trails albums:  http://www.picturetrails.com/sweetsherri61 . Help yourself to viewing any of the albums! I sent out a few 'friend' adds...did you know that you can 'name' your friends that are in your photo's on here (but only if they are a 'friend'). Then from their profile, there's a tab in photo's for 'picture's I'm in'. They can click on that tab and see what all pics they are in from other people's profile photo albums. So...please accept me as a friend so I can ID you as being in the pics...k? You should be able to also right-click on any pic and scroll to save pic as and save it onto your hard drive. So...if you want a copy of any of my pics, help yourself. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll email you any that you want. No one mentioned him yet, so I will...we saw Santa last night! Tiffany and I got there and the same time as Santa did. So...here is the big news! We know what Santa drives in these modern times!! A RED (of course!!) FX4 pick-up truck (lots of room for Santa's bag) that is an OFF ROAD! I kid you not! The truck was seriously an Off Road and had it clearly on it's side panel!! We got a very big laugh out of that one! Now for some good news! I talked with Dr. Gupta last night about the whole insurance thing and she is going to call Dr. Bergman and see if she'd be willing to move my surgery up two weeks! She said that it would be fine with her schedule. So everyone...prayers please for a pre-New Year's present for me...k? Vicki... Shortly after I was post-op, I was diagnosed with my thyroid being low...which accounted for me being so darn tired although I was also daily taking B12. About 6 months later, I also became hypogylcemic. Starches...even a tiny bit...was enough to make my sugar plummet to the mid 40's. Scary. So...I found me a endocrinologist and he has been my best buddy every since. I would really recommend your finding one and having both checked. both are controlled now thanks to synthroid and watching my starch intake (and keeping glycine tablets nearby just in case). You all have a terrific day. The visiting nurse should be here soon. After that, I'll be working on getting my Christmas Label document updated & sent out to those on the directory. BRRRRRR I'm frozen here hehe!! Have I ever mentioned how much I dislike snow?? LOL If it would stay only on grass I'd be a-ok with it hehe. It started about 15 mins after we got home last night and and within 10 minutes our car was covered! Talk bout making it home with good timing huh? Anyways I need to get going and do some cleaning and all that fun stuff today!! Hope to see y'all Saturday!

WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME IT WAS LAST NIGHT!!!I I TALKED DANA'S HEAD OFF WHEN I GOT HOME. I REALLY HATED TO LEAVE SO EARLY, AND NOT GET TO SEE/MEET MORE OF MY BUDDIES ON HERE, BUT THE "POSSE " I RODE WITH NEEDED TO BE HOME EARLY. WE DID RUN INTO THE STARTING OF SNOW ON THE WAY HOME, & THIS AM. WE HAVE 3 INCHES- OH DANA IS DOING THE -THE MAN LOVES THE IDEA OF GETTING HIS BIG SNOWBLOWER FIRED UP-HEE,HEE!! MEN & THEIR "TOYS"! I AM STAYING IN MOST OF THE DAY TODAY, GETTING MY CHRISTMAS TREE & DECORATIONS DONE. I AM SO BEHIND IN MY HOUSEWORK- I REALLY NEED A MAID!!! THE ONE THING I AM KNOWN FOR IS CLUTTER- I THINK I AM THE "QUEEN"!! MY HOUSE IS FULL OF "STUFF", & I LOVE IT~~JUST NOT THE DUST, ETC. HAVE A SAFE DAY EVERYONE, AND AGAIN, IT WAS SO GREAT TO SEE EVERYONE LAST NIGHT!!! (((HUGS))) ELLEN PS. SHERRI, ONCE AGAIN YOU AMAZE ME GIRLFRIEND! YOU "TECHIE," YOU!
