I was already awake, but then when it started up, I was really awake by then!  We didn't have much damage, just a couple cracks in the walls in the livingroom.  I have already made my report to the USGS and to the NWS, so I am just ready to hear back from them.  I do hope that everyone is safe, and nothing major in damage.  Take care!

Slept right thru it...Of course I went to bed drugged last night..I spent  yesterday on ice bags and heating pads because the day before I was stupid and picked up a winters worth of tree limbs on my acre and half yard..Yard looks good but I look like I have been wrung and hung out to dry!! Glad it wasn't a bigger quake and glad so far it looks like minor damage..I have a good frend in CA I reported it to..I get email updates from channel 8 on late breaking news.. Linda Kay

Me! Me! Me! It woke me from a dead sleep...but the first thing I did was put my hands on my tummy. Since October, I've had spasms in my intestines. At first, that is what I thought woke me up! LOL! We haven't noticed any damage or things moved from their normal location..so it must have been pretty minor here on the east side. Sherri

I heard something that woke me up then my son started yelling "mom come quick my room is shaking" .  Hubby went to investigate we couldnt find anything so when we got on the computer this morning to check the weather we found out why his room was "shaking" and cancelled the exorcisim.  (just kidding of course).  BTW we are in Martinsville IN. I felt it!  I had just gotten up and set up in bed to get up and heard a rumbling and felt the house shaking and I thought what in the he!!.  I said to myself that had to be a tremor or a mini earthquake.  Then I thought I am going to get on the net when I get to work and see if there is anything about an earthquake.  Then I heard on the radio on my way to work them talking about an earthquake that originated in IL.  So, I wasnt crazy after all.

At first I thought it was the dog jumping on the bed then realized it was still shaking and the dog was running around barking.  I lived out west for many years and been through earthquakes, you'd think I'd know what it was!  Until I turned on the tv to watch the news did I find out.  I never dreamed when I moved back to Indiana that I'd ever feel an earthquake again. Hope and pray all our  Hoosier Losers are okay and no significant damages.   Julie
