psychiatry help
I don't know any in your area. I just wanted to say that if you are looking for talk therapy, look for a psychologist, and for medication therapy, look for a psychiatrist. Psychologists cannot prescribe medications in Indiana. It's only in 1 or 2 states actually that they can. Psychiatrists sometimes do talk therapy, but not alot anymore. Mostly medication management. If you choose the medication route for whatever may be going on, be prepared for trial and error after gastric bypass. There's no real way to know how well you're going to absorbe medications. I imagine, even if they have had bariatric patients, it's different for each person. I say this from experience. I have bouts with mood problems. After surgery we played with meds for over a year before we got the right dosage and combination. It was a frustrating process. One that I take, I don't appear to absorb well, and I have to take about twice the dosage as usual. Another I absorb far better than expected, and only need about 1/4 the dose expected. Just wanted you to be prepared.
Roger Fisher with Indianapolis Psychiatric Associates. I recommend him very highly.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
