My FIRST WOW!!!! MOMENT

Well today was my first check-up since surgery (4 1/2 weeks out). Dr. Huse was pleased with my progress. I haven't weighed myself since surgery, So I was really excited when she said I lost 40#'s since surgery. Yep...eeeeeeee. I'm leaving for Fort Myers Wed. for vacation and hoping that eating suppers out every night goes well. My wife and I are planning on sharing healthy meals out. Thanks for all the support here. Dave

Dave, that is fantastic!!! Way to go!!! Have a great time in Ft Myers....we went two summers ago and I can't wait to go back someday and LOT smaller than the last time I went.
