Ive never drank alcohol sep maybe twice in my life and there is a web site for sugar free cottail mixes..  www.bajabobs.com     My question can you pour these mixes over ice without putting in alcohol?

I would imagine that you could since they make the Bloody Mary mix and you can drink it without the alcohol. I would check the sugar alcohol in them because that can give you the same problems as sugar. It does some poeple anyway.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

I have drank alcohol way, way, way more than twice in my life, and they are a little pricy to be drinking as kool-aid.  I have used the Bob's mixers....They are  good, becasue let me tell you, I LOVE appletinis and cosmos.  The alcohol honestly makes them taste better.  They are also a little thick, and the alcohol thins them to a more desirable consistency.   If you just want something fruity, use kool-aid and a splenda packet for kool-aid!  yummy!!!

I don't do alcohol mixers, but www.bariatriceating.com has DaVinci flavorings that are wonderful.  They look a little pricy at first, but for $7.50 you get a big bottle (about a quart) and you only need to use 1-2 oz at a time.   You can find some of them at Wal-Mart, but they are much smaller bottles and they only have 2 or 3 flavors.  They have about 15 or 20 different flavors available.  Everything from Amaretto to Watermelon (and almost everything in between).   You can add them to your decaf coffee or make your own protein shake with skim milk, powdered mil**** & about an ounce (so you don't have to worry about reacting to sugar alcohols) of your favorite flavoring.  You can also add them to SF vanilla or white chocolate (no real flavor of it's own) instant pudding mixes to make your own high protein pudding (just add 1/3 cup powdered milk to each cup of skim milk before mixing into the pudding).   For example, if you're making one box of pudding, use 1 3/4 cups skim milk (with 2/3 cup powdered milk) and 2 oz of your favorite flavor of DaVinci flavoring (you may adjust this to taste, just reduce or increase skim milk based on how much flavoring you want to use).  You now have about 8 grams of protein in each 1/2 cup of pudding (that's twice the protein!).   Hope you enjoy them if you try any.
