one year surgiversary

I want to thank everybody on the Indiana board for helping me make this one of the most wonderful years of my life. Although I have not met many in person, I do read this site 24/7 and I know I would have never been successful without the knowledge and encouragement that is received from the hoosier loosers. I am one year out today and down 90 pounds. I have also gone from a size 24 to a 12-14. I was hoping to have lost 100 pounds by this time, however, that is only a number. Feeling good and being healthy is what this surgery is about. Thank you to all my family and friends for their support and encouragement this past year. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs Deborah

90 pounds is awesome!!!!!! You should be soooo proud of yourself! Look at what you accomplished in this past year. I am sure you went through more transformations on the inside as well as the outside! You did this....for you! What a great gift you have given yourself and look at the person you are now! We are all proud of you!
